NEW BUSINESS
- Wetlands Permit – 12-06 – Application of Enok Pedersen & Dubois Forestry Management – Follow Up Report
- 14-25 – Connecticut Water Company – 216 Mile Creek Road - Construction of a pump station and accessory. Request for finding as a permitted by right use.
- 14-26 – Constance Ayars – 107 Boston Post Road – Modification to previously approved site plan. Modification is to install an aerator within the existing pond in order to add oxygen into the pond.
- 14-27 – Samuel H. Havens – 24 West End Drive – Proposed vertical expansion of seasonal dwelling – Request for finding of no jurisdiction.
- 14-28 – All Pro Automotive – Graybill Properties – 151 Boston Post Road – Relocation of existing commercial use to a new building on the same premises within 100’ of the regulated area.
- 14-29 – Peter and Constance Ross – 37 Browns Lane – Proposal to add breezeway mud room, garage and breakfast area. The garage and breezeway is within the regulated area.
